We did the dinner cruise which we would highly recommend. On that one, the only thing available prior to the buffet was drinks (beer, wine and limited cocktails - also nonalcoholic options). The food for the cruise was served buffet style and was decent - we didn't leave hungry. Definitely purchase your tickets ahead of time if you want the dinner options. They sell out from what I understand.
