The Alliance 'Cruise' is just a transfer between Bagan or Mandalay (or vice versa) and only takes one day, no overnights. The cruise from Mandalay to Bagan is slightly quicker as it goes downstream, so they have time to stop off for a short visit to Yandabo (Probably no more than an hour). The upstream journey we did takes a bit longer so no time for a stop off. If you go to their website you can see the details there.
