We had 12 people in our party and they were able to accommodate all of us. It took 2 swamp buggies but it wasn't a problem for them

Greetings... never needed to get a refund from Captain Steve's, but having trusted him with my family on multiple occasions in the outback swamp and visited his home, I have gotten to know him very well only to learn that you sure can trust him and his operation. He is a man of highest integrity with a value system that goes way beyond reproach...so I am sure you will receive whatever his refund policy states (and probably more, knowing him) as soon as the international banking logics for your situation can be worked out to get you a refund.
