Here’s a list of places you can early vote in north central West Virginia. Most locations are open during normal business hours on Monday-Saturday. Barbour County Courthouse at 26 North main Street in Philippi (2nd floor); open Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. and on Saturday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
