Ryan Seacrest, who is marking his 20th year as host, will host "Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2025" on ABC.

The Times Square Ball Drop celebration will kick off at 6 p.m. on Dec. 31 and the Ball will be raised to the top of the pole at One Times Square.
