记者： 据报道，美国总统拜登近日将“2025财年国防授权法案”签署成法，新财年国防预算高达8952亿美元，把中国视为主要国家安全挑战之一。有分析认为，这份法案的出台，反映了美国对自身实力的深度焦虑。请问发言人对此有何评价？中方是否会跟进大幅提升国防支出？

张晓刚： 我们坚决反对美方无端指责。中方始终按照相互尊重、和平共处、合作共赢原则，推动中美两国两军关系发展。双方通过军事外交渠道保持着有效沟通。必须指出，当前两军交往的困难障碍完全是美方造成的。中美两军沟通交往不是为了对外作秀。我们要求美方正视自身存在的问题，切实尊重中方核心利益和重大关切，停止在台湾问题、民主人权、道路制度、发展权利等问题上越界踩线，为双方沟通对话创造良好氛围。
