Welcome! My son's 2004 X3 has 165k miles on it and still runs like new. In your case I would suggest changing brake fluid every two years, the BMW coolant at least every 3-4 years and the automatic transmission fluid and transfer case oil every 55-70k miles. Follow the factory service schedule on everything else.

don't know if/how this changes things, but it's a 'courtesy vehicle' with 177 miles on odometer. it was listed as a new vehicle on CarGurus and a pre-driven vehicle on the dealer website. it was put into service in july, so that's when the warranty clock started ticking. thanks! 36/15. .00093 MF and 54% residual. $500 lease credit.
