2019年5月3日 · As of the last few days, suddenly a single fan of the two fans present on my evga RTX 2070 (08G-P4-2172-KR) will ramp up to 100%/ 4000 rpm meaning that for some odd reason the two fans are no longer linked. I downloaded and installed Precision X1 to confirm my suspicion, and the fans indeed show as unlinked in PX1.
