2023年8月9日 · The pitfall I see of that it was for the JK. In the era of the JL, there has been a lot of movement from jeep to equalize/standardize the tech/infotainment offerings across all trim levels. A pretty good example of this would be the MY22 year when the alpine audio system was made to be a standard inclusion with all Rubicon & Sahara trims.

2021年1月17日 · Per Dave at Quart, the sub enclosure is 0.35 cu ft. There really is no drop in that will work if you want to upgrade the sub. Some have had success with the 10TW3 JL audio but I did not. Quart will be releasing a drop in sub soon that will work in that enclosure. In the meantime, I am running a Quart 400.1 amp into the stock sub that I rewired.

2018年7月18日 · The Alpine system, for a stock system is pretty darn good! Price point is not all that bad for what you get considering that everything works well together. I have driven topless and sound holds its own. Of course I would love an EQ to smooth things out a bit, but overall the Alpine system with the 8.4 screen has been great so far.

2023年10月6日 · Most wiring harnesses are similar, but the ones in the door have changed connector. Disassembling the dash became time prohibitive as well. I grabbed the front speaker signal behind the glove, ran it to 4ch amp under the seat to alpine 5.5 in the sound bar and some wake tower pods on the rear roll bars.

I don't want to lose the $1300 Alpine upgrade I just ordered the JL with but Alpine isn't as compatible with other brands. So naturally they want to rip it all out.

2018年5月10日 · The Wrangler Alpine system cannot compare to my old car Bang & Olufsen Audi S4 system or my new Tesla Model 3 Premium system which sounds even better than the older Audi. But for taking Jeep cruises with the roof off it will serve its role well.

If this is a upgrade then I have to imagine the stock system is some Campbell soup cans with yarn connecting them? I am not a audio guy at all and not into major upgrades but this system is lousy.
