Unless the liquid of the noodles are clear. It’s clear liquid... but I’ll try it, I may find bubbles. This wouldn’t be a problem if this item is always sold out lol.

2016年10月28日 · Healthy Noodles are the name. I have purchased them twice from Costco. They are lower carb than the black bean or edamame noodles. They don't really have a taste or smell, but the texture is a suitable substitute for pasta or noodles in my opinion.

I've used them in a lot of stir fry recipes, they are really good in Thai food also. Make sure you boil them first to get rid of the fishy taste. I think they taste better with Asian food or in soups.
