I did 18 months of ADT, 6x90 days shots starting In Jan 17, last shot was May 18 so by August 18 the Lupron had cleared my system. My T was 135 in October and by Feb 19 it was 482. Side effects so far manageable but intense hot flashes along with severe and deep bone pain are 'pushing the envelope'. Any suggestions on natural based coping stategies. Lupron: Anyone have muscle weakness and severe leg pain?
2023年7月14日 · On lupron for 15 yrs now zoladex 2-3 yrs. Tremendous muscle atrophy (sarcopenia). Hot flashes resolved over a short 1-2 yr. period. 2024年2月15日 · That actually happened in my case. I had two 3-month injections, the 1st on 14 April 2021; the 2nd (& final) on 9 July 2021. My testosterone went as low as 3.0 ng/dL on 16 September 2021 (PSA down to < 0.008 ng/mL). My testosterone didn’t return to normal until my 25 February 2022 test - about 7 months after that 2nd (& final) 3-month injection.

I have experienced the usual side effects of Lupron-hot flashes, fatigue, mental fog, muscle loss etc. I expected testicular atrophy but I didn't expect penile shortening.

We attributed to a poorly-placed shot and assumed it was an anomaly. Shot #3, two weeks ago in the other cheek resulted in the same painful issue.
Testosterone check after Radiation and lupron
2020年10月6日 · I was diagnosed with prostate cancer via a prostate biopsy in Feb. of '20. Prostate biopsy had 1 positive out of 12. It was a 3+3 Gleason score of 6. I had a 16 week Lupron injection on April 14th and started 39 radiation treatments on June 10. I had a 12 week Lupron injection on Aug. 4 and the last radiation treatment of Aug.5.
