In the end Ziffit offered us around £50 but this mainly covered box sets and the like but most movies etc they wouldn't take, neither would any of the other similar companies like Music Magpie. In the end we offered them to neighbours FOC and about half were taken. The remainder went to charity.

I called O2 expecting to receive a new PAYG SIM card at the same conditions, but instead they tried to sell me a minimum £5/month contract.

If a surveyor is local they may have surveyed many properties on the development and are aware of inherent defects they can make you aware of.
