2015年8月3日 · Since Windows is booting and you can see it on the screen then Windows is in fact "detecting" your 2070 because it is using it as a display adapter. The problem is that Windows is using its native generic display driver instead of Nvidia's driver. So the question becomes why won't nvidia's drivers install?

2019年12月10日 · I believe an RTX 2070 Super card requires one 8 pin connector and one 6 pin power connector. The power cables coming from the PSU will only fit one way into the card's connectors. If you try to put them in the wrong way, they will not go in at all. The only way to connect them'wrong' would be to not push them in all the way.

I know costs have naturally gone up since, So I'm happy around the £500 range. I'm split between the RX 7800XT for £505, or there is the RTX 4070 for £570 at most places.

2020年7月7日 · It seems that after installing the latest Nvidia drivers (either studio or game) my boot times are longer. Without the drivers it boots to the Windows login screen in a around 10 seconds. With them after the motherboard logo disappears the screen stays black for about 40 seconds before login appears. Is this a normal time for drivers to load?

I play games at 1440p and the performance was pretty much perfect for the 1440p resolution while still delivering high FPS I didn't have a reason to switch to my current GPU really, considering price and performance the 2070 Super was a better choice
