Verify your Heating and Cooling Warranty Registration - Ruud
To verify your limited warranty registration, enter your product serial number (with no spaces) in the warranty verification tool provided below. For over 100 years, the Ruud brand has been the leader in water heaters and hvac systems for your home and business.
#1: WARRANTY VERIFICATION WEBSITE. (1) Visit ruud.registermyunit.com. (2) Click on: “CONTRACTOR”. Click on: “VERIFY”. (3) Click on: “AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING”. (4) Login with your myruud.com credentials. (5) Enter the serial number in the space provided. Click on: “SUBMIT”. (7) You will be asked following message. Click on: “PRINT”.
EFFECTIVE DATE and WARRANTY PERIODS: The effective date of war-ranty coverage is the date of original installation, if properly documented; oth-erwise the date of manufacture, plus six (6) months. The Warranty Periods applicable to various Ruud models and parts are specified on the reverse side.

AIR CONDITIONING DIVISION (RUUD), warrants the Covered Equipment to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, and will repair or replace, at its option, ANY PART of Covered Equipment installed in residential (not commercial) applications
