2023年12月21日 · My brand new Crystal UHD 7000B tv has to have the volume adjusted to 60 and higher to be able to be heard. I have reset the sound in settings but nothing changes. This seems excessive vs set at 30 on my older samsung tv.

Apple TV and the Samsung OS itself sound the same (ear-busting loud). It sounds just a little quieter on Playstation 5, and much quieter (actually listenable) on Fire TV.
