I route all audio inputs to Wave Link which provides a digital mixer for my audio including Zoom, Skype, Duo, Face Time and media player. Wave Link provides 3 outputs. The first is called Stream Output. I route this into OBS. The second is Wave Link Monitor.

Windows won't even output Test audio to the Wave Link Game output for me anymore, whether I turn Low Latency Mode on or off. I reinstalled completely fresh and set windows audio back to defaults, still won't work.
