2013年1月8日 · It is human readable and very easy to add cards manually. The two steps for adding your custom cards to Cockatrice are. Edit cards.xml to include your custom cards. Put images of the new cards somewhere on your computer and make sure that the picURL attribute in each card entry points to this location. Now, I did not edit cards.xml by hand.

How to literally print and cut custom cards to play with
2024年4月23日 · I have finished a set that I would like to draft with my friends. However, I would like for the cards to look and feel as similar to regular Magic cards as possible. I am not worried about printing the back side with the Magic logo, because I'm going to put them in card sleeves, so the back won't show.

Some can get away with more (Ravnica) but in a custom set, you'll want to try to push the set's themes more than try to use every cunning idea in your head. Remember, a mechanic is not necessarily a keyword. If the cards can get away with not including another word to be added to the dictionary, then more power to you. Make the keyword synergize.
