Skew image adjustment to straighten buildings to vertical

Free-form selecting the building 2. Exporting that free-form building into Paint - Microsoft Paint (preinstalled with Windows) comes with a "skew" feature in its Resize menu 3.

How do I zoom in on a photo in PhotoPad?
2015年1月2日 · I am new to PhotoPad and it wasn't long before I wanted to zoom in on an image. I just found out how to do this soooo easily. I use a wireless mouse which has a scroll wheel. Open your image and rotate the scroll wheel in either direction. Presto !
