I contacted Plews and the only suggestion they can give to remove a stuck cartridge is to try to remove it with a pair of pliers. They also mentioned their grease guns like part # L30100 are not compatible with Mystic grease cartridges.

2023年1月8日 · The problem is that the plunger is mounted on the rod in such a way that it just floats on it. It's only backed up by spring force so you can't manually force the plunger into the cartridge via the rod. So what end up happening is the plunger gets stuck and then the plunger rod just ends up slowly pushing it's way into cartridge.

2005年4月2日 · If I try to pull the plunger out the grease comes out the hole where the rod is, and is extremely hard to pull out. I'll probably waste half a tube of grease pulling the rod back out. I've tried bleeding it again, removed the head from the gun and no luck.
