Thanks to apple support group after a lot of chatting and even 2 hours talking on phone (they were so helpful and patient) they finally found out that the charges on my credit card under the name of "Record Shops" was from apple care plan.

The scammers account would be flagged. Thanks, but that doesn't help me! Apple said I should contact Target, who sold me the Gift Card. Essentially got no where!!!!
