Mar 6, 2022 · Definitely focus on your officers early game. Use your latinum to pull the standard recruit chest. Start a dual faction grind, and start pulling the faction recruit chests. Don’t level up ships more than you have to at this point in the game. Your next camp will probably be at Ops 25, but check Rev’s videos out for a complete guide.

Sep 19, 2020 · Rev Deuce has a video about this. His take was that yes, you need them, but not at level 30. Eventually you'll need to upgrade from the Horizon and get the longer warp range, but for the low 30's it's too expensive to get them better than your Horizons already are.

The whole STFC content-creating community is great, and these two are my favs because they regularly produce content.
