There are basically two features on PS5, Share screen and share play, with share screen you can have a lot of people watching instead of just 1, with share play you can play together or have someone else play instead of you. Share screen does not work with ps4 users though, so you'll have to activate share play to have someone watch from ps4 ...

2022年1月18日 · when I switch to apex to play for a bit, then someone invites me to a shareplay session it doesn't connect and stuck on forever-trying-to-connect to a shareplay screen. My notice here is that if you can't join a shareplay session, trying restarting the console first then launch any game that is a ps5 version.

The account is for all Sony systems, even smart TVs. So yes a PS4 player and PS5 player can still account share. My friend who only has a PS4 currently is using my PS+ on his account as my account is set as primary on his console and play my games via his account while I can download and play his PS4/5 games on my PS5.

The other is my primary and spouse plays using my PS+ and game purchased on my account, but logged into her account. On my secondary I login and we play together because I still have access to all my stuff. Should work exactly the same for a PS5 whether online game or not

Apparently, the ethernet cable just doesn't like it when I try to share play to others and, in turn, would stop the shareplay about every 5 minutes. I swapped back over to wifi, and it would go for hours without a single crash or loss of connection.

If on a PS5 version of game and other person is on PS4 console, try PS4 version of game. Possibly this game no longer exist in PlayStation store.
