Vivint Door Sensor (DW21) - Change Battery
Don't have a new battery? Purchase one from our Vivint Customer Store. Slide the sensor back into its casing in the door with the two guides on the inside lined up. Use the penny or screwdriver to twist the sensor to the right to tighten it into place. Not working? Make sure the battery is new and positioned correctly.
