2010年9月20日 · Thanks for the Folkmaster review, Frank. What you said makes me think I'd better stay with my original thoughts of getting the Hohner Big River harps, or even maybe the Special 20's. I don't mind replacing something because it wears out, but I hate replacing something because I didn't buy what I should have bought to begin with.

2015年7月25日 · The suzuki folkmaster is one of suzuki's lower tiered and more affordable harps. Stand shape, typical harmonica appearance with plastic combs, nothing fancy. This is a harp you would give to someone or buy for yourself if you are unsure if you want to stick with harmonica learning. Its not as bad as a bluesband international.

2022年9月22日 · I agree. The T008K are excellent harps. For the price they are unrivaled. Another very good harp that is reasonably priced is the Kongsheng Amazing 20. The Suzuki Harpmaster is one of my favorite harps to play. The action and playability of the reeds is right in the zone where I like. Much like the T008K.

2019年8月22日 · It feels sturdy and heavy, too. At 88g it weighs nearly what a suzuki promaster does. I'm really shocked at how heavy it is. I'll take it apart to see why later tonight. The coverplates feel thick and it's very slim with a narrow rear opening. It's definitely not a wide-open harp like a Crossover.

2014年12月8日 · When I started playing, Hohner was pretty much the only game in town, and Lee Oskar was the scrappy up-start. But times change. I would take a Suzuki or Seydel over most Hohner harps any day of the week, and I still think Lee Oskars are better than any sub-$50 Hohner. Great review.
