2019年4月5日 · Thanks- took a little fiddling; on my Mac the oval properties dialog is already there, no need to do Ctrl-E, but I had to: make sure the " fill color" is set to "transparent" AND that the line measure is large enough to show up (e.g., 2-3 or more pts) AND that opacity percentage is reasonably high - turns out "opacity" refers to the line, not the fill.
