2018年8月6日 · @Nemo If I'm not mistaken, a Friar can't officiate a sacramental marriage mass (only a priest can do that), but they can officiate a non-sacramental marriage ceremony (with a proper dispensation for disparity of cult), just like a deacon or a priest. I'm not sure what you mean by "fix such things", but that makes it sounds like there is a loophole.
