A student must enroll online into the payment plan each semester by logging online to their My.NWTC account, under Student Finances, select My.Financials. Payments are automatically deducted from a student’s credit/debit card or bank account.

Log into your My.NWTC account with your ID and password, select Paying your Balance and then Manage your Finances to log into My.Financials. Once in your My.Financials, select the Payment Plans option to enroll.

How do I make payments or check my account balance? - Ask NWTC
You can access the My Financials site to check your balance, make a payment, view your payment history, store payment methods, and provide permission to others (parents, employers, etc.) to view your bill and make payments. You can also view and print your billing statement and enroll in a payment plan or make a payment toward your plan.

When using an ATM, you need your debit card (something you have) and your PIN number (something you know). When paying for gas with a credit card (something you have) you need to enter your zip code (something you know).

How do I get set up with a tuition payment plan? - Ask NWTC
To set up a Payment Plan: Log into my.NWTC (through the Student Login page). You may need to use multi-factor authentication to verify your identify. (Watch our short student portal login and secure video). Click on Manage Your Finances. Then click on My.Financials and log in using your NWTC 8-digit student ID number and password.
