Swage…what’s a swage ?For blacksmiths a swage is a tool that shapes by consolidation , in other words pushing together material rather than dividing it away like a fuller . Here are some examples I made up for clients.I have quite a variety available at Front Step Forge and will make up any that aren’t ready .
