The many benefits of Grape Seed Extract

This “healthy” vegan restaurant uses some pretty harmful oils… Unfortunately a vegan restaurant can’t use butter or tallow, but olive oil would be a better option here! Rice bran oil and grapeseed oil are some of the WORST ₷ɜɜɗ ⦸ils due to their high concentration of linoleic acid… Use butter and tallow if you’re not vegan. If you are vegan, I would highly suggest reconsidering a switch to #animalbased 😂 but opt for something like coconut oil! Welcome to #theremembering 🏹 | Paul Saladino MD
